据此，FESCO Adecco发起了2013年度最佳企业社会责任(CSR)及企业永续发展评选活动，邀请所有客户公司的全体员工共同参与。

最佳企业社会责任(CSR)及企业永续发展是指在企业在创造利润、对股东承担法律责任的同时，还积极承担对员工的照顾责任、履行相应的社会责任和环境保护的责任。通过积极承担以上社会责任，可以树立良好的企业形象，巩固企业永续经营与发展的基础，从而实现企业长远的经营目标。

本次评选分为线上问卷调研及专家评审两个阶段。问卷调研部份，邀请企业全体员工参与填写问卷，成功提交问卷即可获赠精美礼品。专家评审组将根据问卷统计结果，围绕企业社会责任不同维度，对参选企业进行点评。

我们将在2013年12月3日举行的FESCO Adecco年度客户答谢晚宴上公布2013年度最佳企业社会责任(CSR)及企业永续发展评选活动的最终获奖名单，敬请期待！

问卷填写须知：

1. 请将此份邀请函或直接将线上问卷的网络链接转发给您的员工，点击进入后即可填写问卷。

2. 每家参选企业的有效问卷数量达到以下条件之一即可：

    a.有效问卷数量占比企业总员工数量的5%；

    b.有效问卷数量不少于50份。

3. 完成问卷预计需要15分钟，请凭借对问题的了解度，以直觉反应作答。

4. 完整填写问卷并成功提交后，系统将于次日发送短信和邮件告知员工礼品兑换码与兑换方式，凭此码可兑换价值40元的精美礼品一份。

5. 调研截止日期为2013年11月4日，在此日期之前可随时登陆上方网址参与答卷。

6. 调研问卷中所涉及到的任何个人信息都将由FESCO Adecco严格保密，不会向第三方透露。

For over a decade, FESCO Adecco has been dedicated to providing more than2,800 enterprise customerswithprofessional and quality human resource services and becomingtheir most trusted human resource partner. Furthermore, we also hope to facilitate a better understandingof the enterprise imageinthe eyes of their employees and directgreater employee attention tothe practices and significance of the CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility)through the human resource platform of FESCO Adecco.

To this end, FESCO Adecco launches the appraisal for the 2013 CSR and Corporate Sustainability Awardsand invites the participation of your company as well asyour employees.

The CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and Corporate Sustainability Awards are bestowed to enterprises actively shouldering their responsibilities towards the employees, society and environmental protection while creating profits and being legally responsible for their shareholders. By actively shouldering such social responsibilities, the enterprises will foster good corporate images, strengthen the foundation for the sustainable operation and development of the enterprises and therefore realize their long-term businessobjectives.

The appraisal will be conducted in two phases: anonline questionnaire survey followedby theexpert review. During the questionnaire survey, all employees of the participating enterprises are invited to respond. Each successful submission of the completed questionnaire willentitlethe respondentto a complimentary gift we have prepared. Based on the statistical results of the questionnaire, the expert review panel will contribute their comments on the participating enterprises from different perspectives of corporate social responsibility.

We will announce the final winners of the 2013 CSR and Corporate Sustainability Awardsover the FESCO Adecco Customer Appreciation Dinner Party to be held on December 3^rd, 2013.

Instructions for Questionnaire Response:

1. Please forward this invitation or the web link to the online questionnaire to your employees. Simply click on the   link and log onto the website to fill out the questionnaire.

2. The quantity of valid questionnaire responses from each participating enterprise should satisfy either of the following criteria:

    a) 5% of the total headcount

    b) At least 50 valid responses

3. The questionnaire will take around 15 minutes to complete. Please give your intuitive responses based on your understanding of the questions.

4. Upon completion and successful submission of the questionnaire, the system will notify the employee of a gift code redeemable for a special gift worth RMB 40 and the ways for redemption via SMS or email.

5. The deadline for questionnaire response is November 4^th, 2013. You can log on to the aforementioned website to participate in the questionnaire survey any time before this date.

6. All personal information covered by the questionnaire will be kept strictly confidential by FESCO Adecco and will not be disclosed to any third party.
