作为Way to Work的一部分，CEO for 1 Month走进SBC上海理工大学中英国际学院。4月23日，SBC举办了第一届职业生涯发展竞赛总决赛，FESCO Adecco 国际商务部经理Massimo NAVA先生应邀作为评委参加此次评选，并为冠军颁奖。同时，此次SBC职业生涯竞赛的冠军得主，来自德国的Bruno将获得直接竞选中国区CEO for 1 Month的资格。

参赛选手结合自己的实际情况与社会需求，从专业、就业、职业等方面进行个人职业规划设计，并展示5分钟英文演讲。评委们根据演讲内容及职业规划相关问题进行提问。最终由评委投票选出前3名，现场观众选出"最具人气奖"。

年轻人正面临探索职业选择的时期，他们需要学习实现职业梦想所需要的知识和技能，并学会处理梦想与现实不相符带来的种种问题，建立初步的人际关系网等。Way to Work旨在帮助年轻人寻找工作，树立积极的职业观，通过提供职业咨询、培训、实习机会等，指导年轻人如何更好地将自己展示在这个具有挑战性和危机感的人力资源市场中。

我们提供机会给年轻人跟随 FESCO Adecco CEO学习的机会，此外，在 Adecco 全球分支机构的推举下，合适的候选人将与全球的优秀青年竞逐，优胜者可以担任Adecco集团一个月的CEO。即在 Adecco集团CEO的辅导下，学习如何管理一个世界500强企业。

As part of Way to Work, CEO for 1 Month came to the Sino- British College, USST. April 23, The SBC held the 1st Career Planning Competition. Mr. Massimo NAVA, Head of International Business Department, FESCO Adecco was invited to be the Judge and gave the 1st Award to the winner of the competition. Meanwhile, the winner- Bruno, from Germany will be the first one on the finalist to compete the only one position for China's CEO for 1 Month, which means he may be mentored by FESCO Adecco CEO for 1 Month.

Competition was set up with the goals of increasing students’ career awareness, developing forward-looking attitudes and making the most of their university years. Contestants did 5 minute Power Point English presentation regarding their career goals and action plan. The judges play a crucial role in asking the contestants challenging and probing questions after they have given their presentations and in offering frank and robust feedback about how to prepare for the future. Judges selected top 3 contestants for the Award, and the audiences seleted the most popular Award.

Young adolescents and university students are in the growth stage of career development. During this stage, students form attitudes and behaviors that are important for the development of their self-concept and learn about the general nature of the world of work. Adecco Way to Work is an initiative taking action against youth unemployment, improving youngsters’ employability and helping solving the global talent mismatch.
