The Adecco Group is Number Two in Europe’s Great Places to Work

The Adecco Group, the world’s leading HR solutions partner, has been ranked the 2nd Best Workplace in Europe according to the annual Great Place to Work® survey.

 

For the fourth year running, the Adecco Group has featured in the top 5 Great Place to Work® Europe ranking, as compiled by the independent global research, consulting and training organization. The Great Place to Work® survey polled more than 1.3 million employees across Europe to determine Europe’s Best Workplaces in 2019.

 

Commenting on the announcement Alain Dehaze, the Adecco Group CEO, said: “As a leader in the world of work, we are extremely proud of today’s Great Place to Work® ranking. It reflects the fantastic effort of everyone at the Adecco Group to set an example in the way we attract, retain, develop and empower our own people all around the world. The Great Place to Work® results show that Adecco Group employees are inspired to join, stay and grow within the company, and that creating an engaging ‘Great Place to Work for all’ is fundamental to success. Employees feel that the company offers a valuable service to society by providing people with work opportunities. They appreciate the inclusive management style, feel empowered to make decisions that affect their jobs, and thrive in environments that encourage work-life balance. They feel they can grow and are rewarded for performing well. Employees are also inspired by the company’s active engagement in the local communities aimed at fostering inclusion and persity in the workplace.

 

Fourteen Adecco Group subsidiaries in 11 European countries qualified for their national rankings and contributed to the European ranking. Those countries include Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the UK.

 

The Adecco Group was named fifth in the 2018 World’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work®.
