今天的中国,各个行业都被互联网所影响,我们所在的人力资源服务行业也不例外。它正处在转型期,而互联网的冲击将使这一进程大大缩短。
 
正如在通讯行业,不少人跳过固定电话直接到手机一样,人力资源行业的新服务也正快速涌现,他们有着互联网经济的显著特点:更以客户为中心的服务模式、更快的迭代速度、更低廉甚至是免费的价格。不可避免的,我们也将直面这种改变,对于已经有在位优势的我们,这种变革是颠覆性的,是难以接受的,但我们没有选择,必须勇于面对。
 
记得1995年我刚加入FESCO,那一年,国家批准了多家人力资源公司成立,行业垄断被打破,很多同事都担心FESCO会因此衰落,但事实是,这20年是我们发展最快的20年,所以其实变化并不可怕,关键是我们的思维能否随之改变。
 
新的一年就要到来,相信在明年,您会看到更多变化。我们始终记得,作为人力资源供应商,我们做的是人的服务,您是我们最宝贵的财富,我们所做的一切,都是为了让您的体验更好。

Dear Valued Clients,
 
Firstly, I want to offer my great thanks to you for choosing FESCO Adecco as your business partner. So transient is the time that the end of the year has already laid ahead of us. In the past year, we exerted ourselves to seek innovation. 
■ The landing of Xpress system created a breakthrough that the number of associates has exceeded 500 thousand
■ The newly-introduced management team made the recruitment business to thrive, and the operation revenue had reached 100% increase for two consecutive years
■ The development of the new products enabled us to settle the departure for 1,500 employees from ChinaHR in two weeks
■ The establishment of FESCO Adecco Shenzhen has become our new supporting point in south China…
 
Nowadays in China, the internet has already penetrated every industry, even the human resource service. Although human resource service industry is still in its transition phase, the impact of the internet is surely going to greatly shorten the process. 
 
As in the case of telecommunications industry, a fair number of people skip fixed phones and turn to cell phones directly.  So is the case in human resource service industry that new modes and types of services are rapidly emerging. They have distinct features from internet economy, such as a more client-oriented service mode, quicker updating and lower cost, sometimes even for free. Unavoidably, we have to confront the radical changes. Though we have built advanced presence in human resource industry, the reform is overwhelming and difficult to embrace. However, we have no choice but to summon up ourselves to face it.
 
I still remember when I joined FESCO in 1995, the country had just approved the establishments of several human resource companies and industry monopoly was about to be broken. Company staff were worried that FESCO would decline. The truth is, however, the following 20 years is the fastest developing period in our history. Therefore, what matters is not change itself, but whether we can adapt to it.
 
The New Year is approaching, we firmly believe that you will witness more changes and progress next year. As a human resource service supplier, we always remember that the core of our service is you--the people. You are the most precious wealth to us. Everything we do is to offer you a better experience.
