Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service Co. Ltd. (FESCO), a leading HR service provider in China, and Switzerland-based Adecco, the world's largest multinational HR service provider, set up a joint-venture in Shanghai today, FESCO Adecco Human Resources Service Shanghai Limited (FESCO Adecco), with 51 percent of the equities controlled by FESCO and the remaining 49 percent in the hands of Adecco. The new company will introduce, develop and localize the latest HR research achievements.
