1.Support to develop the pricing approval matrix for each Business Unit/FESCOAdecco affiliates and align pricing approval process with commercial team.
2.Implement and execute the pricing approval process once necessary. Keep close attention on Business Unit/FESCOAdecco affiliates feedback and review the results timely.
3.Develop and execute the Long Term pricing strategies where required.
4.Develop and maintain pricing dashboards to monitor impact and to drive pricing actions. As well as provide timely insights for management team.
5.Drive effective price communications and follow up with all related actions.
6.Work with sales, BU leaders to collect marketing intelligence on costs, capacity and strategy.
7.Monthly review with supported BU leaders on pricing results and provide advices.
8.Lead cross selling pricing alignment for different business units.
9.Participant in annual pricing review process and adjust pricing rules accordingly.
10.Champion the ongoing pricing data effort for long term solution.
11.Optimize connection with adjacent commercial processes like customer segmentation and customer contact process, contracting etc.
