FESCO Adecco 国际商务部(IBD)于3月26日举办了一场研讨会,邀请到了资深顾问Marcel Flikweert为大家重点解析蓝领工人的法律条例更新及运作模式。
此次研讨会吸引了39名来自不同公司的人力资源同行。首先Flikweert 先生分享了关于派遣法的修正及改动情况,同时也提出了解决方案及实际案例,并建议与会者在日后的工作中可以适当运用;随后Flikweert先生向大家分析了蓝领工人的市场趋势,并展开了热烈的讨论。在对法律层面及市场趋势进行了一定的分析及了解以后,Flikweert先生将与会者分成6个小组,每个小组有15分钟的时间对事先准备好的真实案例进行讨论,随后每组会推荐一位组长进行3分钟解决方案的演讲。
会后,所有参与者对研讨会内容及形式给予了积极的肯定,尤其对于小组讨论环节,表示收获良多。IBD相信基于 FESCO Adecco 的平台,我们可以给予客户完整的人力资源解决方案,也期望在不久的将来,可以举办更多这样的活动。
“Blue collar staffing: Legal update, trendsand models of operation” Seminar was organized by FESCO Adecco International Business Department on 26th March which was presented by Marcel Flikweert.
With a total number of 39 participants wehave been looking into some legal changes within the dispatch law, looked atalternatives and checked whether participants were able to use this knowledge into everyday situations. After this we started to look into some key markettrends in relation to blue collar staffing and converted this to trends and hot topics for every HR department.
Knowing and understanding the legal framework and the challenges for the HR Department we turned to using this knowledge into solving a real life business case. We have split the group into 6 smaller groups and asked them to work together. After 15 minutes of discussion per group we have given each group 3 minutes to present their solutions to this case.
Participants responded after the seminar positive and they have emailed on a number of occasions that they loved the topic and the way that it has been setup. Especially debating and presenting the case has been well received.
The International Business Department believes that positioning FESCO Adecco as experts on different topics allows us to move from just another vendor to eventually a partner which is able to address all the needs of the client when it comes down to HR related questions, services and issues.
