Shanghai, July 22,2013---TLScontact and FESCO Adecco start the operations for the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the mutualized Schengen Next Generation Visa Application Center in Shanghai. The official opening ceremony was held on 19 July.

TLScontact, the European leader in face-to-face contact center operation has been serving diplomatic missions since 2007. The company currently operates visa application centers at 15 locations across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East for a number of Schengen governments.

FESCO Adecco, was established by equity transfer of FESCO, the leading HR service company with the strongest brand and competitiveness in China, and Adecco, the worldwide HR service leader. FESCO has been doing well in service provision of HR in China for 30 years since its establishment, while FESCO Shanghai has provided services to thousands of clients and over 120,000 employees with operating revenue soaring from RMB 28,000,000 to RMB 3,000,000,000 within only 5 years since its establishment. Such rapid development of enterprise constitutes the important reason for Adecco's selection as JV partner.

The visa application volume of the Kingdom of Netherlands in China will increase Visa Application Center's operations in China by 55,000 visa applications per year. In Shanghai the Visa Application Center will handle an additional volume of 20,000 visa applications per year.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands in China will offer postal application services and dedicated services for accredited companies and travel agencies through Orange and Blue Carpet channels and ADS. Operations for the Netherlands will be mutualized in the current Schengen Next Generation visa application centers operated for France and Germany.
